Since HIV/AIDS was named over twenty years ago the globalized world has changed rapidly: In the new milennium hi-tech, computers and mass media are shaping our daily lifes. Aid organisations use internet und television to inform, prevent and advocate. International artists get connected and express compassion with all kinds of digital tools.

But how can arts and media really improve the communication between persons living with HIV/AIDS, aid workers, donors and the public? What images are suitable? How can those be reached, which have no access to computers and television? What needs to be done to set up an effective network beyond social, cultural and political borders?

COM.PASSION is an open multi-media-dialogue. Everybody is invited to share ideas and thoughts.

Let`s all work together to fight HIV/AIDS!
